    1:5 times the 100°F

    Test pressure should   be above 1.5 times  than the valve's Max work pressure (100F)


    (2) Seal Hydrostatic Test

    The pressure should be more 1.1 times than working pressure by seal hydrastatic test

    (3) Seal Air Test

    Seal air leakage test is based on 80PSIG(6kgf/cm2) inert-gas or the air reach the test pressure, then close the valve. after that check the valve whether it is leakage or not.
